Arthritis: Is probably part of your symptoms, hypertrophy of acromioclavicular joint is commonly seen in arthritis. A MRI shoulder would be needed in case rotator cuff injury is suspected. The weakness is of concern for a pinched nerve. Make sure you followup with Ortho to complete workup and go over treatment options.
