Degenerative changes: It sounds like degenerative changes or arthritic changes of the joint (the joint that joins collar bone with acromion or prominence of the shoulder). No outlet stenosis means, there is no pinching or narrowing of a space. I am not sure if they are referring to another part of body, since the term applies to the openings in the joint or tissue that allows passage of nerves and blood vessels.
