Spur: Your shoulder acromion is the bony part of your scapula that projects to the top of your shoulder. Your collar bone is connected too it and when you feel your shoulder this is the bony part you feel. The make the top of the shoulder. You tenons and nerves that run to your arm run underneath this. You have a bony spur projecting from the acromion and that can be a source of irritation.
