Hard to say: An auto immune label applies to numerous disorders where your bodies immune system attacks some of your tissues as if they were invading germs. Rheumatoid arthritis, Celiac disease, vitiligo & ALS are examples among others. Whether or not this has anything to do with your other problems is hard to speculate since you provide no specifics about your condition. Ask your doc.
