Have right nostril infection with lymph node pain. doc has given me allregen & antibiotic.but i am getting right side mild buring & chest pain when i swollow food. i am really scared. can akkergy cause swollowing issues or is it something dangerous?

Inflammation: If there is inflammation of the esophagus, including allergic inflammation, then there can be pain associated. I would suggest an evaluation for GERD, eating yogurt and please follow up with your PCP. For your nasal symptoms, a trial of nasal saline may be helpful.
