So i went to the docs like a year or too ago an i thought i had a yeast infection so i took meds for it and it didnt work. i still have bad odor, itchiness, and a lot of vaginal discharge. what should i do? do i need a stronger medicine or something?

Bacterial vaginosis?: It's not surprising yeast treatment didnlt work: vaginal yeast infections do not have srong odor and usually little or no dischage. (Typical yeast symptoms are itching/irritation, and sometimes scant, thick white discharge, no odor.) These symptoms are more typical of bacterial vaginosis or trichomonas. Follow up with your doctor, or find a gyn who sub-specializes in infectious diseases.
