Food: Eat good food and not too much. For many people a mediteranean diet seems to be a good choice. This is a type of low glycemic diet and has a good balance of proteins, carbs and fats. When you go to the grocery store stay on the sides and not in the middle. Sides are where the fruits and vegetables are at the middle typically crackers, cookies and soda.
