Good foods: We all need protein in our diet, so dairy or lean meats and nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews, brazil nuts, pecans) are good sources of this. Also, whole grains add nutrients and fiber to the diet, so these are good to add to diet as well. The key is variety - use things like color to get that variety. The more different colors on your plate, the better the diet!!
