Healthy foods : You will found vitamins on fresh veggies and fruits, then beans and dry fruits like almonds are great source of proteins. Also to feel energized starches are needed in the form of whole grain bread, brown rice, whole wheat pasta. Multivitamin supplements are available over the counter also. Last but not least low fat 1% dairy products will help too.
