A member asked:

Swollen lymph node in the lower back of neck for 3 weeks, soft and moves with skin, nausea, vomiting, mid grade fever @nite, loss appetite?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Swollen node: You need to see your doctor. This is probably infectious in nature and you likely need antibiotics. If a course of antibiotics doesn't help, your doctor may want to send you for an FNA (fine needle aspirate) where a tiny needle is inserted into the node and cells are removed for pathologic examination.
