When i had my daughter i had to be induced because i was strep b positive with waters broke and dilated. also got antibiotics. after i got epidural in the early morning i had a low grade fever they kept an eye on. what caused the fever ?

Probably a low : level of infection, most likely. The infection was likely cleared with the antibiotics and delivery of the baby and placenta.
