You can but...: If you can find a doctor willing to order this you can but there is little point in doing so. Girls stop growing 2-3 years after their periods start; this is when the growth plates close. After this further growth is impossible. If it's been 3 years or more since puberty the x-ray will undoubtedly show that your growth plates are closed. You need to accept that you have reached full height. Sorry!
