I want to know who do i see to cure a hernia in both side the groin area,it appears and disappear when i touch,what procedure will i undergo,do i see gynaecologist or surgeon? what if its not showing when i consult will they still see it the doctors

Surgeon : A general surgeon will be able to do an exam and repair, if needed. Imaging is also performed prior to surgery. Not all hernias are operated on right away, symptoms, comorbidities are all considered in timing.
