I had inguinal hernia surgery about three weeks ago. the doctor said all went well but i can still see the same bulge in my left groin.

Go for follow up: Some times , takes time to resolve the colectd blood and fluid , also if there is graft ( mesh ) takes time to get incorporated into tissue. And always a possibility of recurrence usually not this soon. See your surgeon who will explain to you.
