Csf doesn't leak: Pesudotumor cerebri is a condition in which the intracranial pressure is high. Various medications,recent weight gain and for unknown reasons it can develop. If symptomatic Ps. cerebri is untreated ,it can affect the vision. But CSF doesn't leak in pseudotumour cerebri. CSF leak in a patient is serious and immediate intervention is needed as infection may ascend through the dehiscence in bones.
