I have pseudotumour cerebri diagnosed by lp, mri & opthalmology. moved country & they want to repeat lp. i also have ehlers danlos & arachnoiditis. lps cause leaks & arachnoiditis. can i refuse repeat lp. is it my right to refuse this test / treat?

Certainly, you have the right to decline any medical tests or treatments. LP's offer the most convenient approach to measure intracranial pressure and assess the outcome of therapeutic approaches. Yet, post spinal tap headaches could occur, especially with connective tissue disease. Perhaps, best approach would be to do under fluoroscopy? Discuss all of this with your doctor.
