Yes: Should try acetazolamide to reduce the number of LP needed as that should help reduce CSF pressure.

Probably not : If your particular case has been fully evaluated, and intracranial pressure is unstable, than this very serious condition must be managed expeditiously and aggressively.

Pseudotumor cerebri: Typically spinal tap is used for Diagnosis and not as a mode of treatment. Medication, acetazolamide is typically used as well as other things like weight loss if appropriate...
