Can chronic intracranial hypertension (and so increased csf spinal pressure) cause myelopathy / radiculopathy? or, maybe make mild stenosis worse due to the increased csf amount / pressure? my neuro symptoms improve when i have a csf leak.

Only if the degree o: Thed degree of hypertension must be significant enough to cause compression. LP of an amount to decrease compression would be helpful on intermittently.

Do I need a 2nd opinion? MRI results: Spinal stenosis, cervical region and spondylosis without myelopathy or radiculopathy, cervical region. Dr, post exam, says beginning stages of myelopathy. Pain & numbness in arm plus other symptoms?
If the spinal canal is reduced between 10mm and 13mm in neutral position and in flexion the spinal cord is anteriorly displaced with CSF room posteriorly - could this cause myelopathy symptoms. No compressed but maybe abutment of cord. ?
