Rather unusual for a spontaneous CSF leak secondary to increased intracranial pressure, but you describe symptoms consistent with post lumbar puncture headache. An ongoing CSF leak might alleviate intracranial effects of the pseudo tumor temporarily, but have this all checked out by your neurologist.
