I've been experiencing left sided abdominal discomfort and tenderness for the past 5days. the pain is slightly relieved when i pass gas. stools are soft but bowel movement feels incomplete. is this something to worry about?

Doctor can evaluate: Any stomach flu type of illness can have some nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, tummy pain, tummy cramps, fever, chills, sweating, dizziness, etc... One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Sometimes they can be severe or last a whole week, so a doctor's evaluation is helpful if symptoms are worse than just mild.
