It means no specific: No specific type of bad disorder is suggested by the way the gas looked. For example, it did not look like a case of twisted up intestine. The key to all this is... what diagnosis was spoken of, what help or medication was talked about, plus who and when was follow-up care to be with. The answers the patient is sent home with helps solve her constipation and rule out bad causes of constipation.
