Normal bp, heart rate, normal ecg and oxygen, but i keep getting weird random pains on both of my chest, random pains around joints including wrist, fingers and ankles. it hurts throughout the day and i dont know. im also overweight. whats wrong?

your symptoms are much too imprecise to attribute to any particular body system. Since the tests that you had were ordered by a physician, it seems most reasonable for you to seek his/her help to further evaluate these symptoms. I hope you will follow through. Good luck.
