I have a "simple appearing right adnexal cyst". measures 72x69x71 mm. i haven't gone to a gynaecologist yet. and am now experincing pain in my back. should i be concerned. my last hospital visit was september 2019?

I think you : need to be rechecked by your doctor and ultrasound as soon as possible, the cyst may be going away, but if not surgical removal may be needed.
