Hey, im 16 years old and i currently have around 32dd size breast, my mom and i have been considering getting a breast reduction surgery. ive also been experiencing back pain. i know that im young and there is a chance that they may grow back.

Basics: Reduction is a major surgery but helpful to many. The growth centers in your bones are the main indicator of future growth. Many young women will have stopped at 16 & an x-ray of your wrist/hand can verify this. If growth has stopped chances are surgery can be effective. From that point you need both the approval of the surgeon & any 3rd party insurance to get it done.
