A member asked:

Regular chest pain in multiple places.many clear ecgs normal echo 2 normal chest x-rays and cbc normal.troponin negative.chances of it being heart?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Chest pain: It would seem your symptoms are consistent with atypical chest pain. Normal ECGs would make cardiac diseases unlikely. I would suggest monitoring your symptoms and seeing if there is correlation with eating any particular types of food as gastritis and peptic ulcer disease can manifest as atypical chest pain
