Hi, i have a bad cough and chest pain in the middle of my chest. a runny nose and post nasal drip. i also have a soar throat. can i still excercise? what would be the recommended heart rate while i exercise?

Rest: In general with the symptoms you describe would recommend rest to allow your immune system the energy to fight off whatever is affecting you. Exercising may deplete your energy and actually make you sicker. Would advise rest, plenty of fluids and avoid people and places where you might spread your illness. Eat well and avoid alcohol and other substances that may depress your immunity and see a doc
