For days, my chest has been feeling congested . a couple times when i breathed in, a small part of my chest would heart. my top back has been hurting a lot lately too. coughing up clear mucus. sniffling sound is weird. no fever. no runny nose. ?

See your doctor: Please call your doctor. You will likely need to be seen for an examination, especially of your lungs. This could be a viral upper respiratory infection, but it is important to make sure it is not bronchitis or pneumonia. If you develop a fever, it is even more important that you contact your doctor.
