I have clogged sinus everyday. i wake up with a sore throat. i have shortness of breath everyday but no cough. i did try nasal spray but my nose starts bleeding and get heart pulplatations. i am unsure what to do?

Possible allergy : You may have a sinus infection or an allergic reaction. If you have a fever, please discuss treatment for chronic sinusitis with your PCP. Nasal saline rinses may be helpful in either case. The use of nasal steroids may be associated with bleeding. Direct the nozzle away from the septum ( middle) and use as prescribed. Avoid dust, mold, pollen and animal dander.
