Ask Benefits person: The person in charge of benefits at the insurance company, or one's dentist, should know about how to get a dental check-up and cleaning covered. You have posted on HealthTap's free, public, informational forum for health questions. People post questions from all over the world. It should be...: But you'll need to check with your insurance carrier since we have no way of knowing what is covered.

Sorry: Can't answer your question other than to say that most dental insurance plans cover all or part of at least 1 examination and cleaning per year. Some cover more. You will have to call the benefits hot line, or check with your HR Department, or ask your Dentist to check with your insurance company .
