Eating tobacco?: Tobacco does not create pores in teeth. Did you mean to post something different? Are you actually eating tobacco? I hope not.

Unclear: The question is a little unclear if you are talking about staining from chewing tobacco then yes, a dentist can clean those stains. Chewing tobacco is a leading cause of oral cancers so switching to gum is a healthier choice.
