I am diagnosed with dcis in my breast, 2 cm above my nipple. my lesion is only 7mm x 1,5mm the surgeon wants to do a 5cm cut above the lesion. from the side. is it not possible to cut around the nipple?

Cancer: This is a very delicate topic. when there's a lesion like this is preferable to take as much tissue as possible around the lesion to avoid the cancer coming back

Clear sticky discharge from one nipple only when expressed/compressed though. It comes out of only one duct from nipple. Is it breast cancer/very concerning? Its only about 1-2 drops each time. Everything online says DCIS. Breast exam found no lumps?
