Clear sticky discharge from one nipple only when expressed/compressed though. it comes out of only one duct from nipple. is it breast cancer/very concerning? its only about 1-2 drops each time. everything online says dcis. breast exam found no lumps?

I answered your question previously. You should stop manipulating your nipple for finding the discharge. If the discharge has persisted by the presence of stain on your shirt or bra until after the next cycle, you should see your doctor by then.
