Can a very small rectovaginal fistula cause bv? or is it just from 4-5 weeks of back to back antibiotics causing the bv? please advise. i have never had bv in my life till taking all these antibiotics mixed with going in a hot tub.

Possibly: but something usually causes the RV fistula, trauma, surgery, vaginal birth. More likely related to antibiotics and possible hormone/pH changes in the vaginal secretions.
