35yr.no appetite since a month.endoscopy revealed h.pylori infection but not improving even after 2week antibiotic course.all other blood work normal. i have lot of work pressure so i sleep less. is this gastritis or stress.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, aspirin and anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or naproxen. I assume you're taking a PPI. In addition consider stress management coaching.
