Can tell by endo....: Endoscopy provides a means for your doctor to visualize the stomach and to get biopsies from which H. Pylori can be identified.

H Pylori : During endoscopy , your doctor will see some inflammatory changes . Biopsies are taken , which wi show typical changes under the microscope . There is also a blood test call H pylori Ab that will be positive , that wi indicate if you have ever had the infection .
