There is no blood: or heart test for migraine headache, so results of such tests don't shed light on its cause. Depending on what "heart tests" were done, they might not shed light on your dizziness either. They can also "miss" the event(s) that can cause it. GAD can trigger tension and migraines headaches & dizziness. Altho it isn't a direct cause, treating it may lessen their frequency & severity. Dr. Anne
