Hello, i have been taking neomycin/polymyxin b/hydrocortisone ear drops for my ear infection recently (swimmers ear). i have taken two doses so far and i feel a bit dizzy, should i keep taking it? i have never been allergic to a medicine before. thx?

If the otitis externa causes enough inflammation or swelling in the ear canal to affect ear function, that could be the cause of a feeling of imbalance. Report this to your prescribing physician who examined your ear and get instructions.
