I have a small lump in my tricep area for 1.5 weeks no trauma. radiates pain to my underarm if you push on it. us shows indeterminate heterogeneous structure 1.7 x 0.5 x 1.3 cm could represent small hematoma or a lymph node. which more likely?

Hematoma: Old organized, fibrous hematoma is more likely in that location. An excisional biopsy would be needed to be sure. Consult a general SURGEON for advice and peace of mind.
