I have about a dozen small (less than 1 cm) lumps on each calf and on each bicep/tricep, ranging from hard and round to softer and more oval. they don't cause any pain other than infrequent dull aches. they are below the level of skin, on the muscles?

Subcutaneous nodules: How long have you had this?- may be multiple lipoma or fibroma or one of the long list of multiple subcutaneous nodules. Diagnosis is by biopsy of one nodule.Consult your doctor.
