Widespread small lymph nodes neck, one armpit, biggest 8mm (4months) ct none elsewhere, bloods, viral screen ok feel absolutely fine, new olive sized lump under other arm last few weeks? should i be concerned?

If that lump is a lymph node, it is an enlarged lymph node. You should have an exam for this new finding. The other lymph nodes seen with CT scan are probably normal anatomy.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
