Lab finding by: itself is not too concerning. But enlarged lymph node, depending on size and if it feels indurated, can be sign of serious viral infection or rarely even lymphoma. Ask your doctor whether a lymph node biopsy might become necessary.

Both breasts burn and hurt/get sharp stabbing pain on the outer sides near the arms. Armpit pain as well, mainly the left side. Arm joints and elbows hurting, lymph nodes in groin hurting, painless lump on side of neck, painful lump on front of neck.
Had annual blood work done for appt in a week. Lab range had low wbc at 4.0 and low neutrophils at 1.8 and high lymphocytes at 44.8%. Concern??
