Post lymph node biopsy, egg sized solid lump, not bruised or painful just very hard and big is this a hematoma? are they colourless and pain free?

Maybe: A hard knot at the site of the lymph node excision could be fluid(seroma), blood( hematoma), infection(abscess) or possibly inflammation. Most of these conditions except an abscess should resolve spontaneously but may take a few weeks. Id recommend you have it checked by your surgeon.
