Many!: Meat, fish, poultry. Eggs. Dairy-cheese, milk, yogurt. Soy protein-tofu. Nuts. Greens-kale, turnip, mustard, spinach. Crustaceans-shrimp, lobster, crawfish. The list is quite long. You can also dissect each of the above: dairy-whey protein; eggs-albumin. Meat-beef jerky. Etc!

Lean proteins.: Focus on fish, pork, turkey and protein - the real thing, not cold cuts or canned meats. And grill or bake or broil - no frying. If you don't eat meat, beans and soy are great but you need to learn how to combine them to make complete proteins for proper absorption.
