Many.: Meat-beef, pork, chicken, tukey. Fish: all. Milk and cheese. Nuts. Tofu (soy protein ). Beans and lentils. Greens-spinich, mustard, kale, turnip, dandelion. These a few. Also oysters, shrimp, etc.......
