Night eating: As long as you don't suffer from acid reflux, and your nighttime snacks don't give you too many calories, causing you to gain excessive weight, there is nothing wrong with eating before bedtime. If it were a daily habit, it may end up causing excessive weight gain, but if it's only periodically, it shouldn't really be a problem. Be careful.
