I know everyone is different, but generally, how long can one survive with stage 4 nsclc if they choose to refuse treatment?

5-yr about 23%: Stage IV lung cancer is the most advanced stage of this disease. This is when the cancer has spread to both of the lungs, to fluid in the area which surrounds the lungs, or to another part of the persons body. The 5-year survival rate for NSCLC is about 23%, in comparison to about 6% for small cell lung cancer. Treatment could prolong survival. I wish you well with your health!
