I had two precancerous sessile serrated adenomas found on colonoscopy. doctor says it's most likely genetic. only 27. is there anything i can do to prevent these. am i more likely to get cancer in the future?

Serrated adenoma: Routine screening , w/ colonoscopy every 1-2 years will pick up early lesions.Healthy diet with fruits and vegetables and fiber is also beneficial ,. There is data that suggests aspirin or celebrex and sulindac can decreased risk of adenoma, but some GI bleeding risks( moreso if older) -discuss https://www.cancer.gov/types/colorectal/patient/colorectal-prevention-pdq
