Last colonoscopy was 18 months ago. had 6 polyps, 1 was a sessile serrated 1.2cm. i switched doctors since. im scheduled to have a colonoscopy this week. considering the sessile polyp grew to that size in 2 years. is a colonoscopy now a good time?

A colonoscopy now will likely confirm no other polyps. Polyps typically don’t grow that fast but there is nothing wrong with confirming there are no other polyps, especially since you had so many. Good luck to you!
