NO: I dont think so- not if you follow good eating habits for the long haul, no one is perfect. The idea is to move past it, dont dwell on it. We all go to parties and functions and eat food that is less than healthy, however, tomorrow is a new day and we can take control of our eating habits to better health. Good for you- best of luck.
