Ok so ive had this one spot on my forehead, a little bit to the right from the center that hurts randomly throughout the day, and when i touch it. is this something serious like a tumor? any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Best to have this examined by your doctor. Without seeing it, a definite diagnosis can't be made. This could be a simple bruise under the skin (from a bump you don't recall and may not be visible), or a cyst, or a pimple under the skin. You don't say whether there is a bump or not. Other questions you may be asked is if you have an visual problems or headaches. I'm sure your doctor can help!
